We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can support and develop the Six & Flow proposition. Working with our Head of Business Development based out of our Manchester headquarters, the BDM will be responsible for connecting with new prospects in the North American market, qualifying them, establishing rapport and ultimately, closing business into sales. Essentially, converting leads into opportunities and opportunities into clients.
This is a hugely important role for us. In many cases, you’ll be the first point of contact with new clients and it will be your role to develop and nurture those contacts into real sales opportunities. You'll be helping us expand our presence in the region.
We practice what we preach, we generate our own inbound leads – these are there to be converted (and there's a lot of them). However, you will be expected to self-sourced prospects too.
Ideally you will have:
$61,500 CAD + monthly uncapped commission (OTE $90,000 CAD)
