We are looking for an Office Manager to join our growth agency. This role can be split into 3 key parts: Office Administrator, HR support and Finance Support, each as valued and important as the other. Although we are looking for someone who can provide traditional support, we also want someone who wants to be more involved in the business as a whole. We are a rapidly growing business so we need someone proactive, keen on problem-solving and always one step ahead.
This role will be involved in monitoring day-to-day business operations, interacting with external partners and suppliers, improving business and employee performance, and analysing financial data. This role will deal with clients, produce financial reports, and track business expenses. Preparing financial reports where needed for annual budgets, scheduling expenditures and analysing variances. Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing new office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. This role will support the Ops Director with help on staff recruitment, selection criteria, on-boarding, and training employees.
