As a Growth Marketer (Internal Marketing Manager) you’ll be working alongside our Sales team and Senior Growth Marketer. Your role will be entirely focused on all aspects of marketing for Six & Flow, driving high quality sales leads to the people who can convert it to new business.
You will utilise Six & Flow’s email database and content relating to the challenges we help customers solve, feeding back on progress, aligning and adjusting appropriately. Your role is key to our growth in the North American market over the next few years.
We are a growth marketing and HubSpot agency with massive ambitions and are scaling quickly. For all of our work, the end goal is to create a positive and sustainable ROI and we try to enjoy the process along the way. Ultimately, we are always seeking growth, for our team, our clients and our business.
Key Competencies
Analytical | Creative Problem Solver | Key Communicator
You have:
- 2+ years B2B marketing experience
- Good experience in B2B email marketing
- A breadth of experience in content marketing, from blogging to long form content
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good energy and a positive attitude
- Holistic mindset, always looking for new ways grow our client base
- Willingness to take initiative, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
- Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM platforms are a must
- HubSpot Certifications are a nice to have
- Experience with in-person and remote events would definitely stand you in a good stead
Your responsibilities:
- Launch and manage new Six & Flow content and email campaigns
- Drive awareness and conversions for the North American market
- Deliver consistently high-quality content
- Work across a multi-talented team
- Test and develop new content strategies
