Phaidon International | Driving Connectivity with HubSpot Integrations

Phaidon International turned to us to strategise and execute their HubSpot implementation plan. Their HubSpot CRM needed to integrate with their existing ATS solution, Mercury. We collaborated closely to align their sales and marketing teams, improve operational efficiency, as well as offer training and playbooks so that the Phaidon International team was set up for long-term success.

As a result of the workflows built within HubSpot and the API integration, Phaidon International has bought back time for their team and saved over £75K on an annual basis.

With 12 office hubs all over the world, Phaidon International had to set up processes to connect their different teams to one global CRM. HubSpot, their CRM of choice, had to be connected to Mercury, their applicant tracking system (ATS).
