Salary: Up-to £43,000
Reports to: Sales Manager

 

About the role

This is a senior, hands-on sales role focused on owning opportunities end-to-end, from sourcing and qualification through to close. You’ll be supported by a growing BDR function for pipeline generation, while also taking responsibility for your own sourcing, partner-led opportunities, and account expansion.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven seller who enjoys building relationships, running deals, and owning a number, and who wants to be part of scaling a high-growth agency.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, scoping, proposal, negotiation and close
  • Drive strong deal quality, AOV and margin protection
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Work with BDRs to convert sourced pipeline into qualified opportunities
  • Actively source and progress your own opportunities where needed
  • Follow up on inbound, outbound, partner and event-led opportunities
  • Build strong working relationships with HubSpot sales and partner teams
  • Co-sell and collaborate on joint opportunities
  • Represent Six & Flow credibly with senior client stakeholders
  • Develop long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and expansion
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales and Delivery to ensure strong scoping and handover
  • Ensure client expectations are clear and achievable
  • Support smooth transition from sale to delivery

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience closing B2B deals in a services, consulting or SaaS environment
  • Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Market customers
  • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working with or alongside BDR/SDR teams
  • Partner-led selling experience (HubSpot or similar) is a strong plus
  • Commercially driven and outcome-focused
  • Confident, credible and relationship-oriented
  • Comfortable sourcing as well as closing
  • Motivated by ownership, growth and progression
