Reports to - Senior Marketing Manager
Location - Canada, Toronto
As a Growth Marketer (Internal Marketing Manager) you’ll be working alongside our Sales team and Senior Growth Marketer. Your role will be entirely focused on all aspects of marketing for Six & Flow, driving high quality sales leads to the people who can convert it to new business.
You will utilise Six & Flow’s email database and content relating to the challenges we help customers solve, feeding back on progress, aligning and adjusting appropriately. Your role is key to our growth in the North American market over the next few years.

We're looking for someone who can fit straight into our team first ethos and deliver a high standard of campaign delivery, from iterative testing to campaign strategy and structure.
The role
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who has agency experience across multiple channels, with a primary focus on search and social, in a B2B demand generation context.
From paid media strategy to delivery of consistent growth campaigns, aligned with other organic activity across the agency, you'll be working cross-team to help achieve key client KPIs. You'd be expected to have a drive to continually improve on the performance being delivered for our clients and constantly questioning how we can be better in what we're delivering.
You will be responsible for the forecasting, build and optimisation of accounts including identification of key trends and issue reporting to project lead. You will be the point of escalation for client issues regarding paid media ensuring that their needs are met with solutions that also balance the needs of the wider team. You will need to ensure that the client understands the actions being taken and how they relate to the wider success of the project.
Ideally, you'll be analytical in your process, but excited to get stuck into the 'doing' side of biddable media too.

The role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can support and develop the Six & Flow proposition. Working as part of our Growth Team , the BDM will be responsible for connecting with new prospects, qualifying them, establishing rapport and ultimately, closing business into sales. Essentially, converting leads into opportunities and opportunities into clients.
This is a hugely important role for us. In many cases, you’ll be the first point of contact with new clients and it will be your role to develop and nurture those contacts into real sales opportunities.
We practice what we preach, we generate our own inbound leads – these are there to be converted (and there's a lot of them). However, you will be expected to self-sourced prospects too.
