Role: Business Development Representative - Strategic Outbound (BDR)
Location: UK based, Ideally London or Manchester
Salary: £40,000 to £43,000
Reports to: Sales Manager

About the role

Six & Flow Group is investing in structured, high-quality outbound growth to support Mid-Market & Enterprise expansion. This role exists to create net new pipeline across defined strategic accounts, independent of partner-sourced opportunities.

The Strategic Growth & Pipeline Manager focuses exclusively on proactive, research-driven outreach to companies not currently entering our pipeline via partnerships or inbound channels.

This is a precision role, not high-volume activity focused on identifying organisations with clear transformation signals, budget alignment and strategic fit..


What you’ll do

Net New Strategic Pipeline Creation;
• Own a defined portfolio of strategic whitespace accounts.
• Identify trigger events, technology signals and budget alignment.
• Build executive-level entry points via multi-touch outreach.
• Generate qualified opportunities that align to enterprise or mid-market criteria.
Account Intelligence & Market Mapping;
• Develop a deep understanding of ICP segments.
• Map buying committees and influence structures.
• Maintain disciplined CRM documentation of strategic accounts.
• Provide insights into messaging and positioning refinement.
Event & Campaign Conversion;
• Own targeted outreach to drive registration and qualified attendance for strategic events, webinars and executive roundtables, ensuring pre-qualified pipeline is built before the event takes place.
• Convert event attendance and webinar engagement into a qualified pipeline.
• Execute structured follow-up processes for targeted invite lists.
• Support invitation strategy for executive roundtables and curated dinners.
Outbound Operating Rhythm;
• Maintain structured outreach cadence and follow-up loops.
• Collaborate with BDMs on messaging and positioning.
• Provide visibility into pipeline progression and signal strength.

What success looks like

  • Continuously test, learn and improve outreach messaging and approach
  • Hit agreed KPIs for meetings booked, qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution
  • A consistent flow of qualified meetings and opportunities
  • Strong contribution to sourced pipeline coverage
  • High-quality handovers that convert into real deals

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3+ years in a BDR, SDR or outbound-focused sales role (B2B / agency / SaaS preferred)
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence speaking to senior stakeholders (C-suit)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Ideally Hubspot) 
  • Tech-savvy mindset (you enjoy tools, systems and learning fast)
  • Experience selling into Marketing, RevOps, Digital or SaaS teams
  • Experience with outbound tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, etc.)
  • Comfortable being measured against clear KPIs
  • Confident working with remote and cross-region teams
  • Positive, high-energy and commercially minded
