Send Feedback Email Surveys via Workflows

HubSpot now allows Service Hub Pro+ users to send feedback surveys directly through workflows, eliminating the need for manual workarounds. Users can create surveys in the survey builder, select "Workflow" as the delivery channel, and automate sending based on triggers. This update streamlines feedback collection but is currently limited to email-only delivery.
