2) Product Update: Meeting types in Drift playbooks

Drift users have wanted different playbook flows to lead to specific meeting outcomes for some time.

They wanted Some meetings to be longer or have different information based on how the conversation played out. And now they can!

Head over to make the meeting type, then add it in the 'book a meeting' skill in the flow builder.

3) Online Training: How to move from field sales to remote selling
