About the role
As Senior SA you will take the lead in rolling out everything from strategy to the technical implementation of HubSpot tools. You will be someone who understands CRM, data manipulation (formatting, normalization, cleansing, etc), and be able to consult with stakeholders of all different levels to build a unified strategy and plan to align people, processes and technology. You'll work alongside the strategic RevOps function as part of our delivery team to help deliver the implementation, alongside supporting our pre-sales efforts and experimenting with new tools and processes internally to keep evolving our offerings.

We're looking for an Solutions Architect to take the lead in rolling out everything from sales strategy to the technical implementation of HubSpot tools and integrations. You will be someone who understands CRM, data analysis, integrations and the power and potential of automation.
You'll work alongside the RevOps delivery team to help deliver the system implementation and technical elements of our client work, as well as working autonomously within the CRM team to deliver standalone CRM implementation projects.

What will I be doing?
As a Solutions Architect, you will plan, build, and manage our clients’ digital systems and processes toward total organisational alignment, driven by adoption of HubSpot. You will quickly develop the ability to effectively align end-to-end marketing, sales, service and other systems required to succeed in this role. We’re looking for a Growth Strategist to support the planning, delivery, and optimisation of HubSpot and RevOps projects. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, project ownership, and hands-on client delivery. Its the perfect role for someone experienced with HubSpot who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow in the role.
You’ll work closely with a Lead Strategist to shape client strategies, run discovery activities, and deliver workshops. Day-to-day, you will take the lead on delivery for your clients: coordinating the team, ensuring clarity of communication, and translating strategy into execution. As you grow, you’ll take on more ownership of strategic frameworks, workshop facilitation, and CRM solution design.

About the role
The Lead Strategist is responsible for defining, owning, and steering the strategic direction of complex HubSpot transformation projects. You will work closely with multiple client stakeholders, from end users to C-suite, to diagnose business challenges, design scalable solutions, and ensure that the strategic vision is consistently implemented across every phase of the engagement.
This role is highly strategic, technical and consultative. You will bring deep experience across all HubSpot hubs, CRM implementations, automation design, sales process optimisation, data modelling, and go-to-market alignment. You will facilitate discovery processes, lead workshops, and translate insights into clear strategies, roadmaps, and solve complex problems for our clients.
You will work alongside and guide delivery teams, ensuring their sprints are aligned with client strategy, and support client success through regular health checks and QBRs.
This is a senior role that requires critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply and confidently.
