1) Product Update: Drift Chat to Zoom

Chat to Zoom is Drift's first integrated video conferencing solution to help connect buyers with sellers.

This update means you can enable reps to jump from chat to a video conference with their prospects with just one click and automatically send that activity to your Salesforce!

This feature is only available for Premium and Enterprise users and you'll need to add Zoom to your integrations.

2) Product Update: HubSpot keeping quotes & meetings free

In March, HubSpot unveiled free remote business tools to help people adapt during difficult times.

Now they're extending that value by keeping the meetings tool and the quotes tool free for all users.

Keep connecting with prospects and customers with meeting links that show your reps' availability and close deals faster by creating and sharing quotes online in just a few clicks.

3) Product Update: Drift Salesforce integration upgrade

It’s important to understand how Drift is bringing you value and the new update means you can see your Salesforce revenue report within your Drift reporting dashboard making it easier to understand that impact.

You can track every opportunity that's Drift influenced and use the Sourced filter to show you the opportunities where the primary contact was chatting with Drift up to 90 days prior to the opportunity being created.

4) Product Update: HubSpot Salesforce multi pipelines

Now live is the ability to sync multiple sales processes from Salesforce into individual pipelines in HubSpot.

Previously, the Salesforce integration synced all Salesforce opportunities into just one HubSpot pipeline, the Sales Pipeline.

This prevented you from using the additional pipelines you purchased and blocked you from installing HubSpot’s e-commerce integration. With this update, those blockers are now a thing of the past.
